A Junior Guide is an appointed position wherein the older Jr. leader is
emlisted to help a commander in a younger age group. There are no
requirements-this is up to the Sr. Commander, the Jr. Guide's commander, and
the commander of the group he will be helping with. A Pioneer could be a Jr.
Guide.
Chi Omega Rho has been for two years.
