Rangernet-
*I'm finding the physical point of the Emblem to be a
challenge, and haveing recieved some criticizum for
propseing *Gradeing.. I stand with the leadership patrol
in however you would *test your Rangers for physical skills.
The following sight hold some of what is my opinion on
what a "normal" Royal ranger should shoot for in wellness.
Thanks!

Title: Physical Fitness Tests
Physical Fitness Tests
The Roanoke County Schools have adopted the state of Virginia's policy on
the physical fitness tests. These tests are called the Wellness-Related Fitness Zone
Tests. The student can choose to try the past Presidential Physical Fitness Tests or do
the new Wellness-Related Zone Tests. Below are the 4 new tests with scoring ranges for
grades 6-9. The scoring is done by the age of the student at the time of the testing.
