To whom it may concern:
I have sent several personal e-mails to several individuals but it seems
that the only way to resolve this is to send it to everyone at the same time
and be done with it. I sent an e-mail to Duane last night that some have
regarded as "hate mail". This letter was a response in defense of my
husband. I had absolutely NO idea that it was being sent to a message board.
I meant it for Duane alone to see. I am truly sorry that it ended up here
and as I have told him I regret the way I said what I did. Unfortunately,
you can't change e-mail once it's been sent. If I could I certainly would.
However, we do all make mistakes-this was one the biggest ones I've ever
made. I apologize to each of you and most of all to Duane for publicly(even
though I didn't mean to) criticizing him and questioning his standards.
When I sent this, I didn't know who I was sending it to and didn't quite
understand the whole concept of his idea. It was without a doubt a terrible
misunderstanding that I deeply regret. I was replying to someone whom I
thought was tearing down my husband-I was wrong. Now, I ask for your
forgiveness. Let's put an end to this uproar which I have unwantingly
caused. Move on and get ahead with your group-it's is a wonderful group and
you have alot to be thankful for--it's rare that one can find real
Christians on the net, much less a group of loyal and devoted Royal Ranger
commanders that can swap stories and ideas. I'm sorry if I've offended you
in any way. God bless you all.
