Y'all,
Hey there just my 2 cents and opion, I
belive that leaders should earn the merits the boys
work on. For one reason is that if the boys see there
Cmdr-lt. Cmdr are earning them. Then that will push
the boys to work on them. We have boys in our Opost
that sometimes won't work on them, however since they
see some Cmdr's working on them. Then they will work
on them.
