It looks like you need to quit your job :-)))
But seriously, you are too precious brother. And I would be sorry if you die
from overworking. I know what I'm talking about. It is one of serious
problems among ministers today. Because the need is soooo big. But leaders
are soooooo few.
I had problems with my conscience because of that. Because I came to the
point that I can not do properly any part of my work. Like Paul said, I was
beating the air. So I started to quit some of my jobs.
I think you need to pray for replacement, bring it up and leave some jobs.
You cannot do it all. And sometimes it gives space for somebody new to come
in. Which is good too. And of course when your wife forget what you look
like, it badly affects your family. So it is not God's will. And then why do
we need to do it?
Paul did not pastor all the churches. He brought up the replacement, and
then he left to other place. And he helped when his replacement had some
problems. You know, wrote some epistles. :)
It's my opinion. Maybe I started another discussion? ;-))
