[RR] Help!!!!!

I need some assistance from some of you seasoned Commanders.   I have a young
man in our Buckaroos group that simply can not sit still or pay attention for
more than a couple of min.   I realize that that age group has a short
attention span but his is less than normal.  I really believe that he has
ADD/HDD but have not approached his parents to see if they have had him
tested.   He is very disruptive in class and trully lacks the social skills
to participate in many of the activities.

Can any of you help.....
