All,

May I introduce myself.
The name is " Burning Heart," and I'm a brand new Buckskin member of the
Blue Ridge Chapter, Colonial Territory of the FCF.
After many years in the Fellowship, God has allowed me to move up And I
stand in awe of His grace.
We had three days of overcast but relatively dry weather in the beautiful
northern Virginia countryside. One hundred and twenty-six members (82 Ol'
timers, 44 Youngbucks).
The Lord further blessed me with 3rd Place in the Ol'timers Black Powder
Shoot. Not bad for a flintlock against a bunch of percussion guys. Was only
6 points from first and got braggin' rights for the 15 yd. target. That was
a wooden disk about the size of a silver dollar. Drilled it dead center,
praise God!!

To those who verbally responded to my prayer request - Mark Jones, White
Hawk, Spirit Rider, Iron Buffalo - thank you.
It was truly a spiritual experience, very holy and very humbling, and one I
will never forget.
I am blessed beyond measure to now stand amongst the Buckskin Tribunal as an
equal and I sense the awesome responsibility that it entails. In two years -
Wilderness.

Also, for those who prayed last year at the Rendezvous due to the loss of
our chapter president, Joe "Iron Hand" Walters, his name and totem were
officially retired from the Blue Ridge. The young man who was with him in
the car, Kevin Stewart, stood with me at Buckskin testing completely healed
of his broken neck and the thumb which was almost completely severed is
operating at full capacity.

One other thing. I recently asked prayer for the Southern Section (Potomac
District) Commander, Chuck George, as he very abruptly lost his job and was
standing in need. I'm pleased to report that Chuck is not only working but
also praying about going into full-time ministry. Thank you Jesus!!

May God richly bless you all my brothers and sisters. May your hearts burn
with holy fire for Him and beat in time with His.
My prayer for you I take from a song on the Passion Band's new CD, "One Day
Live."
"Salvation, spring up from the ground.
Lord, rend the heavens and come down.
Seek the lost, and heal the lame.
Jesus, bring Glory to Your Name.

Let all the prodigals run home.
All of creation weeps and groans.
Lord, we've heard of Your great fame.
Father, cause all to shout Your Name.

Stir up our hearts, oh God.
Open our spirits to all that You are.
Put a cry in us,
That's so deep inside that we cannot find
the words to speak, we just weep and cry out to You.

Salvation spring up from the ground....... "
