Greetings commanders
I have a history question about the RR emblem.
My Deputy district commander called me with this question what was dream
J. Barnes had that gave him the meaning of the emblem. example the red
around the points stood for ------ and the white stood for---------.
Folks I heard this years ago but I do not remember. I do know C.H.W.
Scott helped out as well but still do not remember can you guys give me
help?
