I already have made contact with Brother Vergara from the Spanish
speaking outpost. We have a similar mailing list for RR in Latin
America. He wrote to US asking for help with his new outpost.
He was a commander in Chile before he moved to Australia with his
wife.

I am from the Spanish Eastern District in the US. When he found out
that here in the US we have full districts and councils of Royal
Rangers which run bilingual, he immediately e-mailed us. I was simply
trying to make contact in Sydney so I can get an Idea on what bro
Vergara needs. He's trying to learn english. Some of us already
advised him a some what. He definitely needs to make the outpost
fully bilingual. Some commanders in latin-america might be getting him
some spanish materials to get the outpost started. English material
is an entirely different story. I imagine Australia A/G has its
own material since the program there is some what different.

God Bless,
Martin

Hey Maybe Victor, might know how to help this brother!
God Bless,
