All,
Re: Tidewater North/South Sectional Pow Wow (Beacon of Hope)
We had about 350+ for the event and although we were drenched by rain on
Friday night, Saturday dawned beautiful and it was a great day of
competition and fellowship.
The council fire service was awesome. Ken Morgan and his crew of Tidewater
South really set the bar high for us for next year....BIG fire, torches, a
ring of fire, cool!

When the invitation was made boys and leaders literally ran to the front.
Ministry was very intense with many boys and leaders making recommitments
and a large number receiving Christ. Many also were baptized in the Holy
Spirit, 11 of them tarrying until 1 AM and then being filled with the
evidence of speaking in unknown tongues.

God is AWESOME and His faithfulness everlasting!!
