*Not to "intentionaly" kick the beehive again..

But I'd like to hear some of the thoughts on a
positive side for a combined gender outpost.

JFlory is straight on correct with the organizational
structure of the current USA AoG version of Rangers..
but because Rangernet serves all Rangers and friends
of Royal Rangers International, We have the freedom
to explore new ground.

In the past, I've proposed the integration of Adult
Women into all Leadership training and positions of
leadership in the Outpost.

I've explored other US AoG programs/ministries and
found supporting position papers that indicate the
ministries of Women are not to be curtailed by gender
discrimination, but so far that is not seen as a
problem by this generation of National leadership.

Comparing BSA to GSA is not a accurate or productive
path to explore for the US version are separated by
gender up to a age where a blended program for older
high school age "Venture scouts" can be co-ed.

The Australian version has co-ed Royal Rangers but
is often mistakenly used as a perceived "liberal"
organization when in fact the US version crosses
the line with Women leaders of boys, in younger
age groups. As I understand it, Men lead the boys
groups and Women lead the girls groups and they meet
for camps as seperate but equals with a common
ground.

Overseas, the foundational structure was left to
the local oversight of that countries leadership.

For reasons of logistical ease and exspence a
combined boys and girls group was started. The
USA had allready started Missionets prior to 1962
as a ministry of the WMC to the girls of the church.

The Womens Missionary Council was a very active
supporter of AoG Missionary efforts, and I have
been on the recieveing end of their love and care
as a child to AoG Home Missionaries to the Apache
Indians. *Thanks WMC!

Royal Rangers USA started as an outreach of the
Men's Fellowship AoG to the boys... *Thanks!<G>
(As a '62 10 year old, It seemed someone was
building something very cool for me<G> Time
will show it was "built for everyone")

*What else do yah wanna know?
