Officially, we don't have any. (I met some, but that is another story.)

The U. S. Royal Rangers position has historically emphasized men mentoring 
boys. Missionettes is likewise for women mentoring girls. There is a 
certain legitimacy to that goal, and even in countries with girls in Royal 
Rangers, the girls are with the lady commanders and the boys with the men 
much of the time. Naturally, there are differences of opinion on this, and 
different practices with different children's programs (i. e. Awanas, BSA, 
etc.) and different countries.
