At work there is a 17 year old kid that has been giving me harassment
problems. I've told him to back off and for now at least he has. The
strange thing is I never did a thing to the kid. If he starts up again.
Could I file a harassment charge?

How is he harassing you? Physically? Verbally? Emotionally? And what
about? Being a Christian? Something else? Without some details about the
harassment it's difficult to say what kind of action can be pursued -- but I
think you probably did the best thing -- you asked him to stop and he did --
don't look for more trouble -- you get what you ask for!
