I would like to know more about this, also. Not because my spirit is crying 
"foul", but because it sounds interesting. I was out of Rangers from 
1982-1999 and knew nothing of this. But had I been involved in Rangers 
during this time, I bet I would have been a "Knight of the Realm" as I heard 
Fred deaver refer to someone at my NTC.
