I need some of you guys to get a hold of me back

In the future after the hearing aids are
fixed.
I'm looking at doing a persona of an 18th century
Scottish Highlander. I want to get some plaid material for a kilt but the
stuff is hard to come by in the US. I also want the kilt to be as close as to
historical correct as possible.
That's why I'm going to the source.
Could some of you check around and give me a
range as to what I could expect to pay? US dollars please.
The plaid that I'm wanting is either Royal Stewart
hunting or something in the Bell family tartans. I'm not sure what all
is in the Bell family line of tartans.
Also can you tell me the steps I need to take
to get the clain cheifs permission to wear the kilt of the given family? Or
would I need to do this?
