What Operating System are you using?  Windows 3.1 or Windows 95?  I have a lot of stuff up in the attic.

All,
I have an old 486/66 DX computer.
It's not state of the art but it gets me by.
As old as my computer is. There is NOTHING current that will run on it.
This is where an item called abandonware comes in.
Abandonware is software (games, apps, ect.) that is no longer made.
Alot of abandonware will run on my system.
Abandonware is not legeal as the software still has copyright laws.
Given the fact I can't get any software for my computer. Plus the fact I can't really afford a upgrade.
What are you feelings on me using abandonware?

Why not find someone with old, abandoned copies of that software who would legally transfer their license to you? Then you could stay legal and still use the old system.
