*Fear is also something that translates in the
lives of boys to "limit" involvement in advancement.

A lesser form of giveing into "fear" is the attitude
of "shyness" that we tolerate. Often, when we allow
the boys to share in an experiance we can see the
joy that they bring as their shyness drops in the
act of "Play- a Boys work"

Some of the "ground rules" to consider in your
Outpost is makeing it a place where "Fear" can be
left at the doorway.

The Royal Ranger meeting is just different enough,
from the school day, home life.. with say,
boys wearing a uniform that participation in measured
success can give insight into a shy persons resistance
to join in.. or temper a extroverts blunders.

*Fear can also be something that is used as a tool to
"control" or maipulate behavior, and is the work
of the devil when in the hands of a Bully!
