It's a shame Josh saw it happening this way. It is a ministry but there are
ways to minister to the boy who never achieves (for whatever reason) AND a
way to minister to the boy who achieves. We have both in our outpost and
both are welcome - both get ministered too but often the achiever is helping
to minister to the underachiever - shouldn't it be that way? The
underachiever sees and hears what is taught - by the commander or by the
achieving boy - when he chooses to he can become an achiever - until then
he's welcome to attend and sit and listen. The achiever gets the same thing
but has already made the choice to move up - often seeking out extra time and
more information - and volunteering to lead and minister.
