The GMA is the highest award a Royal Ranger may earn.
As a Royal Ranger Commander you might want to review your
leaderhandbook or take some of the training offered to
familurize you with the program.
My AG Youth pastor also didn't know about the GMA and
also the AG Childrens pastor offered to sign me off for
it, off the cuff.. when he shut down the Trailblazer outpost.
I refused, and completed it at a Ranger friendy Outpost.
It's somewhat distressing as a Scout to have the general
public so aware of the Eagle award.. and to recieve the
GMA and have it said that the GMA outpaces the Eagle ect.
and then to find Royal Rangers leaders not be aware of
it's meaning.
