I'm doing quite fine (as I'm having vacation right now...) ;-)
Since nobody else did give any details on other continents:
The Americas:
Canada (I wasn't yet able to find any information on the web, but I have
people telling me there is RR in Canada), US, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize (at
least some missionary from Honduras went there to establish ER), El
Salvador, Honduras, [I am not sure about Nicaragua], Costa Rica, Panama,
Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico (as a part of US Rangers), Netherlands
Antilles, Aruba, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile,
Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay.
Africa:
South Africa. I heard rumours about Kenya, Togo and Nigeria.
Asia:
Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and (at least on some US-base)
Japan. I also heard some rumour about the Philippines once.
Australia and the Pacific Islands:
Australia, New Zealand, Papua New-Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu and I think Solomon
Islands.
