Jim,

Easy Now Jim. My Norton System Works Pro 2004 for hiccupped on me and I had to re-load the whole Operating system on the laptop. Now I can't re-activate the software because Norton/Symantec is being too conscientious and I spent a whopping amount of money on a program that won't even work. My Solution is when it doesn't work, reload it or acquire a new one. When It comes to the ISP such as mine, it's spend 4 hours on hold waiting for Adelphia to answer the phone.  I'd call the ISP back and get the tech support fella to send you "test" emails to both accounts and see which one it's actually coming through on to confirm it.

Subject: [RR] New address

My "trusty" computer did a hiccup and changed some settings on me earlier this week, without asking first.  Think it deserves some sort of punishment, but haven't figured out what to do yet.

Then to compound things I find my ISP changed my e-mail address to [EMAIL PROTECTED].  They say the old one, traderjh@concentric.net will still work, but never know about that.
