I guess the original concept was good, but little interest in the leadership end of it.  I came into Rangers in the Orange Section, just a stone's throw away from what was SCC - Now Vanguard & heard nothing about it.  Years later I found out about it , but still heard nothing about it running at the college.   Think it really only worked back in Misery. from what I have heard.  Sorry, Mark calls it home & says it is Missouri.   Jim Hufferd So Cal Dist.
