Now declareing open a new self-funded and independent
Royal Ranger outpost for *post GMA/AST and Rogue Rangers-
*This weeks adventure was a fast trip east into the Blue Mountians
of eastern Oregon.. across DEADMANS PASS and into the purple valley.
On the side of the road to HELL's Canyon on the Snake river is a
small- *very small town called Summerville,Oregon where the Outpost
got to choose between two new VW projects.
*One we left for you...
The other was draged up out of a pasture and loaded on a homebuilt
trailer.. chained down and tied off with RR/Scout knots and pioneer'n
skill.. It's a '65 VW Panel van 6volt w/no engne and parked since '79
"Famious Potato's" plates and lived in Star, Idaho..
Josh GMA#3911/Eagle Scout and JLTC surviver... *plunked down
some hard earned greenbacks for a lost cause-
*Lost Causes... are sometimes heart breakers
They pack a lifetime of stories that have caused them to become abandoned
and left to rot on the hyway to Hell's canyon..they become haven for
bee's nests and garbage..
However~ 'Lost causes come cheap and are easy to aquire<G>
What every "Lost Cause" needs is a careing *Savior...
-someone who looks behind the funk to see something beautiful..
..and that is what this story is about<G>
