Heard from the District on the ROY, and they have just received a copy from National.  As soon as they can they will have it out to us.   I have all the boys materials, and have passed them out.  Our testing is about six weeks away and I'm trying to get a fire going under some of these outposts.   For instance:  I have been advertising a Sectional Campout since mid-January, where we had a small group area reserved.  Once that was full, they had to reserve a site nearby.  Just in the last two weeks I have had two outposts wake up and decide to attend.  The group area filled up in a matter of days and the extra sites are now slim pickens.   Jim Hufferd
