Donald Trump is a "Big Boss" who heads a company where he
may hire and fire at will. What he says goes, but that is not
Royal Ranger "Blue"... Trump may have a Leadership role but it isn't
what we desire to "Teach" to the boys.
Sargent Audie Murrphy in WW2 was awarded the most decorations of
any allied soldier in the war and went on to become a fine "B"
cowboy actor.. He did all this alone and while he was heroic,
courageious and skillfull, that did not make him the "perfect" Leader.
*To be the Leader of a great enterprise, the person must reach out
to all who would join in a great cause. In the cause for "Peace"
we would reach out to include all who desire "Peace" as allies..
A Great Ranger Leader does not go it alone-
The "cause" is not his to define or control, his duty is to
inspire you to join.. and become a member of the Patrol/Outpost
A Great Ranger Leader does not issue orders or make grand demands.
He will masterfully blend and combine tallent with a plan to succeed.
*So tonight, I'm not looking for snappy lines or power words to
influence me. *I looking for Leadership.
*That's of course *IF Mt Saint Helens out the window don't blow!
