After 5 years as a Sectional Commander I was able to hand the reins over to one of my Area Commanders who accepted the position this past weekend.    I enjoyed that position and look forward to helping as a Area Commander in the Spfd. S. Section.    If ma bell would get back to lookin after her youngins and quit working us SBC employees 7 days a week 10 hours a day for months and months... I might get to help out in Royal Rangers on Wednesday nights again.  I am going on almost 3 years of tons of overtime and am just about spent.    Royal Ranger Leaders.... Get behind your staff and help them out.  Pray for them and be there for them.  Its nice to have staff like this working with you.    My 11 year old son just passed his rope craft merit.  He did it on his own.  I have't pushed him.  He has been on tons of RR outtings but is now just getting serious about earning his GMA.  I will enjoy having more personalized time with him as well.   Breaks over, back to work!   Mark Jones
