Juan: I suggest you contact the District Office after the first of the year, when they re-open - 949/ 252-8694.  I believe that Bruce Walker is the only one certified to teach that in the District.  He recently moved and I do not have his new contact information.   You can also contact you local sporting goods store, like Big 5,  for information on a NRA Firearms Safety Course in your area.  From what I gather it is quite similar to our three merits Firearms Safety, Marksmanship & BB Gun.   I know where you are coming from as we have put a Firearms Safety, ect. on our 2005 Sectional Calendar as the District is asking us to send teams to their competition.  Last year we only  had 4 - 5 boys were even qualified to participate.     Jim Hufferd
