What are some of your highlights of this past year?

Looking back, I would say it has been a great year in Rangers for me and my outpost.  We had a great and safe time at District Camp and all the other outings we did.  My son went to the District Derby for show (didn't place but we had a lot of fun) in Ranger Kids.  I'm proud of him because he did do a lot of the work on the car (with dad helping).  Our church did a big outreach in one of the poorer neighborhoods and we practically doubled in our size esp with the Disc and Adv Rangers.  Most of the boys come from Spanish speaking only homes and they are really digging Rangers.  My Exp Rangers our starting to pick up some steam again also.

My personal highlight would have to be going to India this past Summer. I went with some of the people in my Youth Group (I'm a Sponsor) with Good News India (highly recommend them for a mission trip). This has been a life long dream of mine since I was nine to minister in India in some way. Visiting the orphanages that they run was both Heart Wrenching and a Great Blessing. Even though there was a language barrier, it's awsome to see that God's love and Jesus's sacrafice binds us together as one. Truly a trip that I will never forget. Cool thing was that I got to share it with one of my Exp Rangers and two of my former Ranger boys.

I definitely looking forward to what God has in store for us in 2005 esp with the new boys that we gained this year. God bless.
