[RR] Stir up the Spirit!!!

I am sitting in the middle of a Fine Arts Festival. There are about a couple thousand youth here with their parents and church families. This is the first year I have been able to make one of these events. I have saw a lot of fellow Royal Rangers here as well as fellow Commanders. Keep up the good work and tell us about what God is doing in your outpost, church and your life.

There is a lot of waiting so I thought I would bring along a laptop and get some things done while we wait. This week I have been updating the advancements part of the Ranger Database. When I took the RRDM course I saw a few things that reminded me of things I needed to fix in my efforts of record keeping.

With single key entry you can update records very very very fast. Then print off a GPH order from and Certificates from those entries. Also added 5 video help files that explain just how to do things. I talk you through what I am doing to get something done. I added some quick keys to make things happen fast. If you have 10 boys who earned the White Falcon it would only take a few key strokes after you entered the first record for each additional record you add. The best part is the certificate is ready to print using GPH Certificates or a Ready made certificate that requires no preprinted paper.
