That may be your problem, since a Download Manager makes multiple
connections to a webpage to download the file in chunks. I *guess* your
Download Manager may have the option to limit the number of connections
it makes with the file you want to download, and if it does, you may
want to try and reduce that number. If I had a way, I would send it to
you myself, or if worst comes to worst, you can always sends Mark a
Donation and he can send a CD to you :)
