It has been a busy few months. A UPDATED PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE FOR FREE
DOWNLOAD.
The Ranger Database Program that has over 35 relational files that track most
everything a Royal Ranger Leader would need to track from the Outpost Commander
to the District Commander with special tools for events has been upgraded.
A few enhancements.
Merit Record Keeping. Added to the boys records Fixed forms for all the merit
colors that list the merit and the date it was completed. I print each page of
the merits and print them on cardstock and 3 hole punch them and put them in
the front of the boys notebook. This way he has a current record of his merit
trail. I update these at award ceremony time. I still use the original
advancement portion to record a list of things the rangers has completed that
can print certificates as well from this single entry.
ROTY Event. Field tested and modified to make it even better. This program
will make running your ROTY Event easy. It figures out which boy goes on which
event and prints off signs, rosters, worksheets each custom fit to that one
skill and a summary sheet for each boy with x's next to the skill station they
are to go to. It has error checking and even calculates outstanding and does
the certificates from the boys scores. It works well and it looks like the
National ROTY Material....with a few enhancements. One nice feature is the
staff organization form. It lists all the skill stations and has the staff
names next to them and then prints the signs from this info as well..as we all
know it changes fast at every event.
Item Fundraiser We cook and sell sides of Ribs for fundraisers. Added this
program this past week to help get this job done.
