The sad thing is it's almost that way here in the U.S. Isn't it also
illegal to preach against the sin of homosexuals in Canada. That's just
right next door. Look at what the Homosexuals are now being able to teach
in the public schools. Teachers now have to teach in some parts of the
country that the gay lifestyle is a viable lifestyle that must be
respected.
Attempting to communicate a breath of fresh air-
-------------------------------------------------
In America.. *We claim to be democratic, and free.. *Yet we seek limits to
some freedoms
for the sake of the greater good. We limit speeds on the hyway, regulate
commerce, require
certification and licencing. We have a legal system built on preceeding
judgements in case law
brought before our peer's for ajudication. We beleve in freedom of
Religion, and do not prescribe
any single version of any faith. We do that... because we know it prudent,
in public to be polite
and respectful of others. *Teaching respect is not a "sad thing" to do with
kids in school.
Even when our kids just two years ago were attending public
schools in a performance to the elementary PTA it was very evident that
the songs and skits being depicted were aimed at accepting all peoples
lifestyle and that we should respect how other people live. This is right
in the heart of the bible belt, Osceola, Missouri!
*Osceola,Missouri may at one time been in rebellion to the US federal
government,
but today is fine ground for loyal americans all.
The devil is
sure hammering away at us but another sad thing is CHRISTIANS ALLOW IT!
Oh, we don't want to make waves, let's just go along and hope the poor
souls find their way to church. The CHURCH has become complacent and we
have fallen asleep in the Garden! I'll stop for now and not take up
anymore time.
*Please go on.. as I do not think you have finnished presenting all your
thoughts-
My thought is that, *Salvation frees us from the need to rebuke and condem
others...
for the truth is we are no better, no not one. Often we become "outraged"
needlessly
and driven into wedge issues that are not completely in congress with the
gospel of Christ.
Very often.. masters of politics use wedge issues to shape votes and by so
doing act
as master maipulators of percieved truth. Into the gospel of Love.. they
inject Hate.
Is one sin greater to Father God than the least sin?
