He need following facts about the mishaps at Padang,
1. What are the types of funds.
2. How we want to work with Mercy Relief to co-operation in this project.
3. The workplan to be created as to how the project will be run.
4. The essential items that are required urgently.
5. He needs the relevant informations to the relate to the higher authority
in the organisation for their consideration.
6. We also need some photos as a substantial evidences to show them the situation in Padang.
