As a result, Kurds admitted into Turkey have no rights, and no International agencies have been able to secure permission from the Turkish Government to provide prot ection for the refugees, hence I have to leave for Switzerland with the hope that I would be granted refugee status, but unfortunately, it is the same situation here even worse as the Swiss Government have refused to grant me Political Assylum and they have gone further with threat to deport me to Iraq and I know that if this is done I would be killed if I step into Iraq. I work to protect the welfare of displaced Kurds at great personal risk. My efforts have raised worldwide awareness of life in the makeshift camps where overcrowding, mass poisonings, beatings, and lack of medical supplies, water, and electricity cause hundreds of men, women, and children to die of cold, hunger, malnutrition, and communicable diseases.
Before the disappearance of Movladi Udugov, a Chechen propagandist when the Turkish Government wanted to repartriate him back to Moscow, Movladi and some Chechen leaders called me and told me that they have deposited the Sum of US$32Million with a Financial Institution in favour of the Iraqi Kurds who are sca ttered all over the world and only I and or any person I nominate can claim the money from the Financial company and the money should be used mainly for purchasing of foods, pharmaceutical drugs, Clothings etc for thousands of our people suffering in Turkey.
I am therefore using this medium to solicit for your assistance. Your contacts were obtained by me during my enduring search for a reliable and competent person that would claim this money for us from the company where it was deposited last year.
There is a POWER OF ATTORNEY which I would send alongside copies of my Turkish International Passport to you that would enable you claim the money from the Financial Company.
