Alasannya:
1. Jumlah Prosentase PPA-nya lebih dari 15%
2. Telah terjadi bencana kematian sebanyak 13 orang di
Cianjur, 2 orang
di Palangkaraya, 15 orang di Palu, dan 20 orang di
Jayapura karena
meminum obat-obatan di atas.
3. Obat-obatan di atas mengandung racun yang amat
berbahaya bagi produksi
reproduksi tubuh manusia dalam hal ini kualitas sperma
dan kualitas sel
telur.
4. Obat-obatan di atas tidak bisa dikembalikan ke
distributor/pabriknya
bila rusak dan itu berbahaya bagi pembeli yang
menkonsumsinya.
5. Obat-obatan itu telah diproduksi secara tidak
higienis di
pabrik-pabriknya.
