1. SENIOR MARKETING PERSONNEL - code: SMP &
MARKETING RESEARCH PERSONNEL - code : MRP
Specific requirement :
- Senior Marketing Personnel is a senior position that requires
applicants to have minimun 5 years working in the marketing division of
restaurant, hotel or fast moving consumer goods (FMCGS) industries
- Marketing Research Personnel applicants must have 3-4 years
working experience from a research agency background
- Both vacancies require good university degree. Oversea graduate is
encouraged to apply
- This job is not a full time desk job. It calls for lots of
fieldwork. The individual must be able to handle working in the restaurants
and in the trade area of restaurants
- For Senior Marketing Personnel - Must be good at analyzing and
interpreting sales numbers
- For Marketing Research Personnel - Must be good at
tabulating,analyzing and interpreting consumer research data and findings
- Dynamic, energetic, disciplined individuals who have strong
integrity and can cope with high work standard demands
- Also has good organizational, planning skills and capability to
handle details.
2. PURCHASING STAFF - code: PS
Specific requirement :
- S1 degree in economic or min D3 in economic or business admin
(overseas graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Min 5 years experience in the same field, knowledge of
material and sources
- Full of initiative, interpersonal skills with excellent
capability to handle details
- Good at analyzing and interpreting sales numbers
3. WAREHOUSE MANAGER - code: WM
Specific requirement :
- Male, age between 28-36 years old with excellent health
- Min 6 years experience in the distribution and warehousing
- Good understanding of logistics complexity in Indonesia
- Must have strong technical knowledge on warehouse system, able
to manage distribution efficiency, inventory and layout
- Capable in managing a team of 30 people, from drivers to
clerical to supervisory level
4.FOOD TECHNOLOGIST - code: FT
- A good university degree in Food Science/Technology
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Product Development and
Quality Assurance
- Mature, professional with strong initiative and good planning
skill
- Able to cope with demanding work environment and have eye for
details
- Creative and has wide exposure to food ideas and concepts
- Ability to drive suppliers to produce products according to
set specifications and meeting tight datelines
5. R&D / QA OFFICER - code : QA
- A good university degree in Food Science / Technology
- Minimun 3 years of working experience in the food industry
- Mature, professional with strong initiative
- Able to cope with demanding work environment and have eye for
details
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to work with suppliers and restaurant members to produce
products according to set specifications
6. INTERNAL AUDITOR - code : IA
Specific requirement :
- Graduated from reputable local or overseas university
majoring in Fin / Acct with min IPK:2.9
- Hard working, creative, strong leadership & good analytical
skill
- Excellent knowledge of taxation
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
- Excellent command of English (both oral and written)
- Good computer skill : Excel, Power Point, Word
- Good attitude and able to work in team
- Have high personal integrity initiative and independent
