At least one of them must have at least five years experience in managing academic degree programs and establishing and working with alumni associations, and one with at least five years experience in managing short-term technical training programs. Both candidates must have a graduate degree in a discipline relevant to adult training methodologies, or organization development, human performance improvement or other related discipline. ======================================================================= Deputy Chief of Party, Human and Institutional Capacity Development Program Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Duration: Four years General Description: The Deputy Chief of Party will primarily be a Senior Program Planning and Development Specialist who, in addition to his/her regular duties supervise the Program Development, Placement, Monitoring Specialists. S/he will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall program, as well as marketing the program among the academic, private sector, and NGO communities in the U.S. and Indonesia, with the purpose of generating interest in supporting the program through cost-sharing or matching. The Deputy must have a graduate degree in a relevant field, and at least ten years demonstrated experience working with the international student programs in U.S. universities and colleges, and experience in marketing the degree programs to other institutions in the U.S. and foreign countries.
