A newly established company located in Bekasi producing seals and gaskets for
industries, which is a subsidiary of a multinational company in
Austria that is one of
a worldwide leading Manufacturer of semi-finished materials especially seals &
gaskets, is seeking for highly motivated and qualified individuals to
join its team
with the following position:

1. Company Secretary

Job Description:
• Assist Director and Commissioner in daily business activities,
• Handle all types of correspondences via letters, faxes, emails as
well as drafting
and dictation,
• Arrange all travel, accommodation and other miscellaneous items,
• Arrange and schedule meetings or appointments, organizing and preserving
papers, computer files and jobs both from Director and Commissioner,
• Keep records of business meetings, more importantly, to be reliable
and able to
keep a secret of the information.
Requirements:
• Female, max 28 years old,
• Bachelor (S1) degree/Diploma (D3) majoring in Secretarial, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Linguistics/Languages or
equivalent from reputable University/ Academy,
• Fresh graduate or experienced will be appreciated more,
• Excellent computer skills of Microsoft Office spread sheet,
• Discipline, proactive, highly committed, good integrity, good behavior, well
organized, quick learner, good teamwork, having initiative & open minded,
• Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented,
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing is a must.

2. Accounting & Tax Officer

Job Description:

• Perform day to day AP & AR activities by verifying transaction, scheduling
payment, obtaining authorization payment, invoicing and updating collection by
notifying customers,
• Perform petty cash and banking transactions in and verify accounts by
reconciling statements and transactions,
• Prepare audit schedules,
• Prepare monthly & yearly tax reconciliation,
• Maintain weekly budget with actual transaction,
• Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions,
• Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, max 32 years old,
• Bachelor (S1) degree/Diploma (D3) majoring in Accounting from reputable
University,
• Having at least 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a
multinational company,
• Strong knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian tax regulation,
Hold Tax Brevet A & B certificate would be preferable,
• Deep knowledge of working process and progress billing is a must,
• Having good knowledge of PSAK & IFRS,
• Excellent computer skills of Microsoft Office spread sheet & Familiar with
ABAS/SAP/ERP system,
• (Module AP, AR and Bank Service) would be on advantage,
• Discipline, proactive, highly committed, good integrity, good behavior, well
organized, quick learner, good teamwork, having initiative & open minded,
• Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented,
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing.
