Salah seorang pemimpin yang besar tsb. adalah Nelson Mandela. Dipenjarakan 28
tahun waktu keluar dari penjara dia tak marah. One peron I thought was Nelson
andela. Here's aguy who was wrongly jailed for almost twenty-eight years, yet
when he waws finally released he wasn't angry. He came out with as desire to
serve and help. He even invited his jailers to his inauguration when he was
elected president of the Union of South Africa. He has a vision of the future.
He gathered people around him that he could develop, and he seemed to be
learning all the time , even when he was in jail. Mandela certainly valued
people and results, and he lived the values. He really did it all.
People who want to be great leaders must embrace an attitude of service to
others.
The ability to develop capable successors is a hallmark of great leaders.
