Carousel example is in Ralf's github too [1]. FileDialog contribution
bundles are in the incubator.

Probably you missed the second one.
I have the second one. I needed to start it explicitly. Otherwise it
throws a NPE. Let me check again ... Wait, it works now. Likely the menu
is build early. Thus the contributions weren't there yet.
Are there other bundles for "Complex Data" and other stuff?
