Hi, by just having a glance at it, it's surprising how this could ever work - hm. Unfortunately I can't think of a workaround, sorry. May I ask, which OSGi implementation you are working with?
I've openend an issue regarding this problem, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=378778. The OSGi spec sais that any path passed to bundleContext.getDataFile() should be relative (http://www.osgi.org/javadoc/r4v43/org/osgi/framework/BundleContext.html#get DataFile(java.lang.String)) ApplicationLauncherImpl calls this method always with an absolute path (see method getContextFileName), which will return null and then there is a NPE on line 221. Is there any workaround on this?
