Hi Vincenzo, you are right, there isn't one. For the RAP Tools I am maintaining a target platform which we are using in the Tycho build, but when we migrated the old build of the RAP Runtime project to Tycho, it wasn't possible to use a target platform in Tycho.
Short term solution: Look into releng/org.eclipse.rap.build/pom.xml. There are the p2 repositories listed that are used in the build and it should be easy to use this as a basis for a target platform. Long term... I like the idea of providing/using a target platform. We've had some reasons not to use one in our Tycho build but that is long ago. Maybe you can open a bug with this as an enhancement request.
