Small update to the update: I have created an up-to-date Docker image on
our demo server with our demo-applications. The configuration is not
finalized but I thought that it's worth to deploy them somewhere. At the
moment the applications are only available from the "nightly" URLs:

  http://rap.eclipsesource.com/demo/nightly/rapdemo/
  http://rap.eclipsesource.com/demo/nightly/controls/
  http://rap.eclipsesource.com/demo/nightly/workbench/

Thanks,
Markus
