Good Morning RAP Developers,

I just released RAP 3.1.2a for Eclipse Neon.3. It is available from the
usual places as p2 repository or as a ZIP archive download from [1].

In comparison to RAP 3.1.2 (Neon.2) there are only updates of our external
dependencies which are now upgraded to Neon.3 level, all RAP bundles are
binary identical. This is the last public release in the 3.1/Neon stream,
3.2/Oxygen will be next.

Thanks,
