Fixed everything but:
- Reload button on the toolbar (won't be done, for now)
- Label in the editing window. (need some refactoring to be done, before)

KillerWiki came up with the following notes:
Had a quick look, rearranged some of the main screen

- Move the buttons on to a toolbar
- Put a restart button on toolbar
- Change message button to close and remove button relief
- Change message to "Applied changes will not take effect until web server is
restarted"
For the vhosts property page
- Just strip http:// from host name on save, don't need a label
