A nice idea. If you look in the gui, there's already a tab devoided to
do that. Currently the tab contains just a placeholder, but the managing
modules feature is on our roadmap and will be implemented very soon.

As for SSH we will work on that too, but not so soon.

Not sure about what you mean when you say: "like configuration for
userdir".

Bug description:
This is just an idea of mine, wouldn't it be nice if you could manage the mods 
with rapache, so you don't have to copy/link the .load and .conf files every 
time but have that done for you by rapache (I kind of imagine it like a list 
with boxes, you just tick the ones you need, press save and restart apache) and 
of course it would be cool if I could also manage them (like configuration for 
userdir etc.)

Just an idea of course and I'm not sure if people really need it but well, I 
would use it if I can use it over ssh.
