I see. Seems like configuration varies depending on the module.
That would require customized handling for each module, which sound
like quite a bit of effort. Realistically, we could automate
enabling/disabling of modules, and let people edit the .conf text file
at hand, within Rapache interfaces, at least for the soon future. Does
that sounds reasonable to you ?

Bug description:
This is just an idea of mine, wouldn't it be nice if you could manage the mods 
with rapache, so you don't have to copy/link the .load and .conf files every 
time but have that done for you by rapache (I kind of imagine it like a list 
with boxes, you just tick the ones you need, press save and restart apache) and 
of course it would be cool if I could also manage them (like configuration for 
userdir etc.)

Just an idea of course and I'm not sure if people really need it but well, I 
would use it if I can use it over ssh.
