Trigger/Read error level from bash commands

Bug description:
The program doens't read errorlevel from bash operation.
We shuold know, for example, if apache restarting was succesfull or not, and
inform the user.
Also, we shuold hack the current rapache's command line utilities to trigger
errorlevel > 0 upon error
