wrong description of action (error removing file)

Bug description:
when creating a virtual host:
domain name: test
location: click on the button to select (gives an error because the folder
doesn't exist, fine with me)
click ok
enter test in the "name" box again
click open
the error is : the folder could not be created (fine with me again as
apparently rapache is launch without any super user rights)
but in the same error message window, it is written: "error removing file:
permission denied" which is not right (at least the removing part)
