Module list isn't refreshed when dependency is marked

Bug description:
When you mark for example the module 'authn_dbd', which depends on 'dbd', it's
dependency isn't marked. Although it is enabled when and its checkbox in the
list does get marked after you restart the server, the list isn't refreshed
before that.
This makes it seem like the dependency isn't automatically marked. Refreshing
the list after each marked dependency would solve this.
